    Strawberries for dinner

    One day of sun and the strawberries are ready 🙂

    I just picked a full bowl of berries from the garden, and it will be dinner today.

    Any italians here? Dont read what following to avoid a heart attack…

    I know Italians don’t acknowledge that pizza can be eaten with pineapple on it, OR … Rotini with strawberries and cheese 🙂

    I remember this dish when my mom made it when we were kids. Best summer dinner ever 🙂

    1. in a bowl clean and crush the strawberries, blending also works,

    2. In a separate bowl add cottage cheese, sour cream and ricotta cheese. Add some vanilla sugar and sugar is desired. I don’t use sugar, just vanilla extract.

    3. Cook white rice, or any noodles. Today-Rotini

    Combine it all on a plate and enjoy the his delicious summer treat.
