Are You Having Trouble Uploading Photos?
If you’re having trouble uploading a photo, or any media for that matter, it could be because the upload isn’t finished before you’re hitting the “Post” button. I’ll explain…
When you select a file to accompany your post (a photo in this case), you’ll notice a dark green circle go from zero to 12 o’clock – an animation analogous to a stop watch – that represents the upload progress. The file isn’t finished being uploaded until that green circle reaches the 12 o’clock position and then disappears. Hitting Post before this point could result in the file being discarded.
Generally speaking, the upload speed will be directly related to the file size, and importantly, the speed of your Internet connection.
Another Possible Explanation
The other explanation could be that the file format your photo was taken in is not currently supported by the platform. If you suspect this is the case, please contact me at help@quadra.life and be sure to attach the file. I’ll investigate and get back to you.
Thank you for your continued patience as we work out the bugs and continue our ongoing efforts to customize the platform to meet the community’s needs.
